Full Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech
Welcome to Morocco! Your private driver will greet you at Marrakech Menara Airport and transfer you to your charming Riad in the heart of the Medina. Enjoy a free evening to relax or take your first stroll near Jemaa el-Fna square.
Day 2: Guided Sightseeing Tour of Marrakech
Explore Marrakech with an official local guide. Visit iconic landmarks including Bahia Palace, Koutoubia Mosque, Saadian Tombs, and wander through vibrant artisan souks. Afternoon visit to the lush Majorelle Gardens.
Day 3: Marrakech – Ouirgane (Cooking Class on the Way)
Depart Marrakech towards the peaceful High Atlas foothills. Stop en route for an interactive Moroccan cooking class where you will learn to prepare traditional tajines using fresh local spices and ingredients. Continue to Ouirgane Valley for overnight.
Day 4: Ouirgane – Imlil Valley Hiking & Lunch with Berber Family
Drive to Imlil Valley (gateway to Mount Toubkal). Join a local mountain guide for a scenic hike through terraced fields and walnut groves. Experience genuine Moroccan hospitality with an authentic home-cooked lunch inside a local Berber family home.
Day 5: High Atlas Crossing – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate
Cross the High Atlas Mountains via Tizi n'Tichka pass (2,260m). Visit the famous UNESCO World Heritage site Ait Ben Haddou, then proceed to Ouarzazate to tour Atlas Cinema Studios (Hollywood of Africa) and Taourirt Kasbah.
Day 6: Ouarzazate – Agdez – Drâa Valley – Zagora
Drive south through the Anti-Atlas Mountains to Agdez. Journey along the lush Drâa Valley, home to Morocco's longest palm grove oasis and historic mud-brick kasbahs, arriving in Zagora.
Day 7: Zagora – Rissani Souk – Merzouga Desert Camp
Travel towards the Sahara through desolate desert landscapes. Stop at Rissani to explore its traditional market and date souk. Reach Merzouga (Erg Chebbi), hop on camels at sunset, and spend the night in a luxury Sahara desert camp with Berber music around the fire.
Day 8: Merzouga – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley
Wake up early for a spectacular desert sunrise over the dunes. Drive to the canyon cliffs of Todra Gorge, walk along the river, and continue to Dades Valley to see the winding road passes and "monkey toes" rock formations.
Day 9: Dades Valley – Rose Valley – Marrakech
Pass through the Valley of Roses (Kelaat M'Gouna) and Skoura palm grove. Recross the High Atlas Mountains back to Marrakech for a final relaxed evening in the red city.
Day 10: Marrakech Airport Transfer & Departure
Enjoy breakfast at your Riad. According to your flight departure schedule, your private driver will transfer you to Marrakech Menara Airport, concluding your 10-day authentic Morocco trip.
